- East of Lot 2, this lot is also 50' of prime oceanfront land and is also directly on the beach. It too has a Tiki Hut with electric and a large, beautiful coconut palm at the very front of the property with orange coconuts! Total square feet approximately 3,848.

La Ceiba has a combination of cosmopolitan and Old World charm, and is the 3rd largest city in Honduras with close to 150,000 inhabitants. Numerous shops, malls, restaurants and amenities are only 5-10 minutes away. Some of the North American chains include Applebees, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Burger King, Quiznos, Baskin Robbins, etc. Many English-speaking expatriates from all over the world live in La Ceiba and on the nearby Bay Islands which include Roatan and Utila.
